Terms and Conditions for Admission in Online Classes (For MS-OFFICE)

Dear student,

Your registration, as an online student of Crescent College of Accountancy, is subject to following terms and conditions:

You will be provided lectures recorded in classroom environment to give you a real class experience. These are not screen recorded or live streaming lectures. Even if you are getting admission in mid of the session, you will be provided access to all lectures and tests from day 1.

On average, one lecture will be provided on daily basis for each subject. (Except Holidays).

Rendering, compression, encryption and uploading of lecture takes time. Therefore, lecture recorded on Monday are expected to be available on Wednesday (i.e., after 2 days of recording). However, sometimes there may be a delay due to unavoidable circumstances.

You will have two options both at the same time to watch lectures i.e. (a) Via online streaming. This requires good internet connection (preferable 8 mb or higher for smooth streaming). (b) Via downloading lectures (Recommended).

5. Our video lectures are encrypted and can be watched only on SINGLE device i.e., either computer/laptop (Windows) or mobile (Android). Please note that:

a. You will have to install X-vast latest version on your device to play lectures.

b. For best experience of online education, we recommend you to use Computer/Laptop instead of mobile phones.

c. Apple devices (Mac or IOS/I-Phone) are not fully supported with our online system (Mostly Compatible).

d. Change of device is not allowed. Upgradation or Reinstallation of OS of Computer/Mobile is also not allowed to avoid bind error.

e. Internet connection is necessary to start or play the downloaded lectures as well.

In addition to video lectures, you will also be provided with other resources (e.g., tests, solutions). However, soft copy of books also will be provided. (These other resources may also be encrypted like video lectures).

Note: No portion of this fee will be refundable/adjustable after first 3 days of getting admission or after sending the final list of enrolled students to ICAP.

Course related queries will be addressed as follows: Whatsapp group [whatsapp group will be used for announcements and discussion of queries amongst students and Teacher].

Before commencement of classes, you will be provided video tutorials links by WhatsApp regarding how to play lectures. You are advised to watch these before course commencement.

You will be provided access to LMS (including lectures and other educational resources) till the end date of relevant batch. You will be unable to watch lecture after end of relevant batch.

You will not copy or record our video lectures using any software or other technology. Further, you will not transfer the material to anyone, or display publically any of the contents of course (neither for commercial purpose, nor for any other purpose). For identification purpose, user log-in details will appear on every lecture as watermark. In case of breach of any of above conditions, login of user will be blocked and legal action may be initiated against the user. Case may also be referred to ICAP for strict disciplinary action in this regard.

Online students can attempt tests from home (and upload via LMS).

Technical and other support services will be provided from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Queries submitted by students after 5:00 pm will be responded next day preferably.

After due verification of information provided by you, our representative will confirm your admission and will contact you within 48 hours (excluding public holidays). You are requested to wait till that.

15. Fee for online classes will be paid as follow.

Full Fee Payable 13500/- for physical classes and 11,500/- for online classes at time of admission. Note: No portion of this fee will be refundable/adjustable after first 3 days of getting admission or after sending the final list of enrolled students to ICAP.

Expected date of commencement of online classes will be communicated on your given number before 1 week of commencement of classes.

17. (Very Important) Read It Carefully

Any enrolled student will be eligible for awarding completion certificate according to the terms and conditions and completion criteria of Crescent College of Accountancy approved by ICAP. The students having any deficiency related to course completion criteria will not be eligible for certificate issuance.

18. (Eligibility Criteria for Course Completion and Awarding Certificate) Read It Carefully

90% Lectures (e.g. 45 out of 50) Attendance and 70% Test Grades (e.g. 98 out of 140) Required (as per College and ICAP requirement)
